The All-Star Lacrosse Curriculum was created and designed by Amy Wall, Stretch-n-Grow owner and director.  
Amy, is a former Lock Haven University graduate and Alumni Lady Eagle for Lock Haven University's Woman's
Lacrosse Team.   As a result of her many experiences working with children and her passion for the game of
lacrosse, she has created a beginners lacrosse skills and drills program that provide young children with an
opportunity to experience lacrosse through fun and age appropriate activities while building on beginning skills.

Children ages four through six years can participate in Stretch-n-Grow's All-Star Lacrosse SKills & Drills.    
Children enrolled will participate in fun filled activities that teach important lacrosse skills such as cradling,
scooping, throwing, catching, and shooting.  Although no actual games will be played, All-Star Lacrosse
Curriculum will provide activities that introduce offense and defense concepts.  
All Coaches are trained to follow the All-Star Lacrosse curriculum.
